Getting Started

Fill in the form below to request or schedule a no-charge 20-30-minute phone call to briefly explain what you need help with.

EXAMPLES OF SERVICES. Check the ones you want help with.

Step 1. Your no-charge 20-30 minute phone consultation
Step 2.  Intake Process

If you decide to work with me, we start the initial intake session.  A written care plan will be created for you.

  • This complete assessment process takes time to collect, review and examine relevant information you provide and to prepare your personal care plan.  One-time flat fee: $300.

  • The fee must be paid before the intake process begins.  Major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Step 3.  Planning Process

  • Each person's needs and situations are different.  If you decide to hire me after the Intake portion, an estimated price quote will be provided before a service contract is signed.

For Example: Suzy needed her medications organized because she was having an unusual symptom and wanted to rule out if it   was from the mixture of the several prescribed meds and two over-the-counter products she was taking.  We signed a contract together.  I then performed a cross-check and created a a thorough, comprehensive report for her, which took a few days.  Since she did not need any other services, her total cost was $ 300.

Example 2: Mr. X is an elderly client of mine.  He has several health conditions, but was doing well.  The dosage of one of his medications was changed.  After two weeks, he suddenly started having uncontrollable tremors according to family caregivers. I assessed the situation, directing the family to call 911 for an ambulance immediately. I remained in contact with the frightened family members for some time until Mr. X's symptoms had stopped and he returned to behaving like himself.  This situation requires a different pricing structure.  The minimum, estimated cost (depending on other things) could be less than $ 1,000.   No two situations are the same.

  • Another option:  A lump sum deposit amount (a Retainer) can also be set up and held for long term services or infrequent use of the services. Any remaining balance leftover at the end of the contract will be refunded to you quickly.

  • Please call (253) 455-6765 for pricing information.
